This 20-acre property is located within The Heights, a new development on the former site of Hillcrest Golf Course. Construction on this state-of-the-art facility began in November 2024, with completion anticipated in late 2026. We are proud to partner with McGough Construction as the earthwork and utility contractor, playing a key role in preparing and supporting the site infrastructure for this cutting-edge development. Xcel Energy is the first organization to commit to building at The Heights. The facility will include a new Saint Paul service center, enabling Xcel to better meet customer needs, modernize the employee experience, and advance its clean energy strategy.
