This project involves the redevelopment of a former 1970s-era office site at the intersection of Fernbrook Lane North and Harbor Lane North in Plymouth, MN, into Rone Apartments—a two-building, 352-unit multifamily community. The redevelopment reflects a broader planning effort, with the site identified as “ripe for redevelopment,” supporting increased density near Plymouth City Center. We are proud to partner with Doran Companies as the excavation and utility contractor, providing essential site development services and underground infrastructure work that establish the foundation for this large-scale residential development. The project will be completed in phases, with each building delivering 176 apartment units. Phase 1, encompassing approximately 246,575 square feet, is scheduled for completion in late summer 2026 and will feature a mix of studio, alcove, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Future residents will enjoy a wide range of amenities, including an entertainment suite, clubhouse, fitness lawn, second-floor pool, and activity spaces—supporting a modern, connected, and community-focused living environment.
